Greg and a team of offshore Convergys programmers were responsible for reviewing each of these objects to ensure it would continue to work after a significant upgrade of the base software. At the same time, Time Warner had requested the team to review each object for possible enhancement/efficiency/replacement with existing functionality within the base software.
